Why recessed curtain tracks?
- Flush Installation: The hardware is concealed and curtains appear to hang directly from the ceiling.
- Minimalist Design: Windows appear larger and rooms more spacious.
- Range Of System Options: Hand, cord and electrically operated.
- Quiet Operation: Our 2C glider delivers smooth and quiet operation.
- Durability: High-quality materials ensuring longevity and reliability over time.
- Bendable: All Silent Gliss recessed curtain system options can be bent.
Direct fixed track
For lightweight curtains, the discreet, hand-operated track SG 6243 is available. Pre-drilled and supplied with small screws, it is directly fixed into a recess.
Dedicated recess profiles
For medium-to-heavy weight curtains we recommend using a system with a dedicated recess profile. The recess profile is fitted first, and main track is secured inside it.
- For hand operation choose between SG 6870 (medium weight) or
SG 6970 (heavy weight) systems. - For cord operation choose between SG 3870 (medium weight) or
SG 3970 (heavy weight) systems. - For motorisation choose SG 5600.
Recess profiles are not pre-drilled to allow flexibility for joist spacing. The profiles are made of aluminium and can be easily drilled through.
